Our advice to our clients is confidential. Decisions about settling or finalizing a case are for the client to make.
We keep our clients’ legal and personal information confidential. Often, family members want to be involved; with the client’s permission, we gladly involve parents, other professionals, and any other persons whose involvement will help us reach the best result or will enable our client to make the best decision about his or her case.
While court papers are public records and are not confidential, sometimes settlements can be arranged to be private and confidential.
We are always concerned about privacy and confidentiality and are glad to talk to you about how we protect your rights and privacy.
